The World Class Partner program was established to give recognition to those members of the Hampton Roads Community who invest significant resources into Norfolk Public Schools programs and services, byway of the Norfolk Education Foundation. Those Community members who make total cash investment of $25,000 or greater are recognized as World Class Partners.
